Sand Animal

So, I went to the Dewy Beach and was walking on the beach when I saw this sand crocodile. Even though this is not a living animals I think it is cool and that people should see how talented some people are. I think it is amazing how somebody can use sand a very difficult medium to use to make something as intricate as this.

HIPPOS!

Above are some pictures of hippos. I LOVE HIPPOS! The hippo on the left looks like it is smiling at me! Fun Fact: Hippos cannot swim, they just push of of the bottom of the river or swamp or lake and use that energy to move around the water. Also, hippos are the world’s third largest land animal after elephants and rhino’s. But, my favorite thing about hippos is that they will do anything to protect the “people” they love. Hippos are known to do anything they can to save and protect there calves from anything. For example, crocodiles are known for killing and then eating baby hippos but then the moms usually prevent the baby from getting hurt. I hope after reading this you might decide that you like hippos just like me.

Birds of Florida

These are all of the birds I saw in Florida. The first bird I nicknamed the bird that is showing off because it is spreading it’s wings and then just standing there. The next picture is just of parrots that look like they could be having a conversation with one another. The next bird has a very beautiful neck and looks deep in thought. The flamingo looks like it is posing. and the next bird looks like it has a mohawk so I call it the mohawk bird. The last picture is a duck like bird that looks like it has a funny sunburn. Please look at the pictures above and enjoy.

Dolphins

These pictures were put together because they are part of a sequence. The first photo is the dolphins jumping into the air and the second photo is them in mid-air and the last photo is the dolphins diving back into the water. I think that dolphins are so beautiful because everything they do looks like it is perfect. I think this because dolphins are smooth with barely any bumps so it is easy for them to move. For some people this could be a metaphor. For example, that life can sometimes be smooth and easy and then the dolphins falling could be that life can also be hard.
